Diachronic linguistics with distributional semantic models in R

Martin Schweinberger and Michael Haugh (University of Queensland, Australia) invited me to to give a LADAL Opening Webinar Series 2021 talk. I felt quite honored to be part of a prestigious panel of fellow corpus linguists (Stefan Th. Gries, Natalia Levshina, Monika Bednarek, Laurence Anthony, Laura Janda, etc.). On Sept 30 2021, I explained ways of doing diachronic linguistics with distributional semantic models in R. Below, you will find the video of my talk as well as a link to download the companion R notebook.
